Perfect brew

Was nervous about how cloth would affect my coffee but its way better than even unbleached paper filters on the Chemex. I was so impressed by the beautiful pourover that came from this filter. Was expecting to lose so oils or for the coffee to be "thinner" but it was an improvement from paper filters for sure. So happy with this swap.
