How do You Choose Your Suppliers?
We have taken great care to ensure that all of our suppliers share our values. The vast majority of our suppliers are small suppliers based in Western Canada. We have deliberately tried to source locally and from suppliers that produce in smaller batches as we wanted to create a 'pop up shop' feel for our store; after all, this is how we love to shop!

Are all of your products 100% plastic free
All of our products can be bought 100% plastic free. There are a small number of our products that we do offer a plastic accessory (pump for facial cleanser or dropper for beard oil). We have worked hard to ensure our suppliers can offer plastic free options.
Do you Offer International Shipping?
We currently only ship to customers in Canada and the United States. We have made this decision in order to reduce the carbon footprint associated with shipping. If you are unable to source any of our products locally and would like to purchase, please contact us and we can work with you to arrange.
Please note that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Do you Offer Local Collection?
Yes! If you live locally, or are passing through, you are welcome to select the 'Pick up in store" option at checkout. Within 24 hours we will contact you to confirm the collection address and arrange a time for pickup. Usually this will be the day after your order however if it's a rush, just drop us an email and let us know; we'll get it ready for you!
What Shipping Materials do you use?
If your package looks a little 'used' on the outside, that's because it likely has (and that's a good thing)! Our primary aim is to 're-use', so whenever possible products will be shipped using boxes and packaging materials that we have received from our suppliers. We feel that this is better for the environment than producing 'new' packaging materials (even if done in an eco friendly way). Rest assured that any plastic tape on the outside of the box was already there when we received it - we only use craft paper tape on our boxes. We also use biodegradable cello tape to cover our shipping labels.
If on the rare occasion we use a bubble mailer to send you your products please be assured that we are resusing bubble mailers we have received in the past. We only use this packaging when it makes sense to do and strive to send out our orders in recycled cardboard boxes.
Rest assured that your package will be packed with care and all contents will arrive in perfect condition. All materials inside the box will be recycleable, or compostable. Note that if there are any packing peanuts inside your box they are made from plant fibres (not plastic) and dissolve when soaked in water. If you have any special packing requests please feel to reach out to us to discuss. However, where possible please re-use any packaging you receive from us - mother earth will thank you!

No! You can order as much or as little as you like.
