Returns / Refunds
We strive to make sure that all of our items are securely packaged and that they arrive with you in perfect condition. If for whatever reason you are not happy with the condition of your item then please in the first instance reach out to us via email and we will work with you to try and resolve.
If we have inadvertently sent you an incorrect item we will pay for the return shipping costs, or if you would like to keep the item, we will work out a discounted price for the inconvenience.
There are some products where we have worked with our vendors to modify the packaging to make it more eco friendly (for example, replacing a plastic lid with an aluminium lid). In a very small number of instances, a small amount of liquid may leak from the bottles. While we will do our utmost to prevent this (we apply a compostable tape to secure), we do request that you take this into consideration.
If you still aren't satisfied with your item(s) then please keep everything in the original packaging, add a short note including your order number and name and a brief description of why you are returning the item and post to:

Once the items arrive I will issue a refund (excluding shipping costs) and send an email confirmation. Please send items tracked and keep proof of receipt until a full refund has been issued as I can not take any responsibility for lost items.
